Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. If your order has already entered production, customization, or shipping, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to applicable fees.

Returns
Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.
A return may be considered if:

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, although the time required for funds to appear may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping, delivery, installation, and other service charges may not be refundable unless required by law or where Busy Containers LLC is responsible for the error.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers should inspect products upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or the incorrect item is delivered, please notify Busy Containers LLC as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

Exchanges

Unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed warranty issue, the customer may be responsible for return transportation and associated costs.
